What do you need:
USB Flash Drive

You need to fat32 format it.
Step 1 Go to computer
Step 2 find you flash drive
Step 3 right click and go down to fat32 format

After you done that.
Download KonBoot here
Unzip it. Run the KonBootInstall.exe progarm. cmd will popup. Put the letter of you flash drive in and push enter.

Next set of Steps
Reboot you computer with the flash drive in. You want to go to the startup menu. Click on you flash drive. KonBoot should boot up and after it boot up windows 7 will start up. After it all done loading go to the user name you want to login on and push enter.
